This is my second day of the Big Juice Spring Clean. Now I have tried different green juices. Green juices don’t sound tasty. Why drink green juice at al? I got an explanation. Green juices are full of pure energy from the sun. I don’t know if it is true, but I think the idea is wonderful. Just imagine drinking sunshine.
What did I “eat” today?
Four times today I have had juice. I’m not talking about ordinary apple juice or orange juice. Thru the juices today I’ve had: apples, celery, spinach, broccoli, basil, avocado, carrots, pineapple, lemon, cucumber, red beets and probably even more that I have forgotten at the moment. I’ve seen the recipe videos for tomorrow. Then I will have some berries too. Looking forward to it!
Those who wants some amazing results should also exercise 30 minutes twice a day. I wish I could. So far I managed to take a walk at lunch.With my busy schedule, it is impossible. After work, I prefer to spend time with my son. This is a decision I have made. I might not see the best results, but I put my son first. Personally I would regret not spending time with him.
Starting to get hungry
Tonight, I was starting to get hungry. Not hungry, like I needed some food, but hungry like wanting to eat some good tasting food. Unfortunately, I also had to go to the supermarket to get something to eat for my son. Walking around in the store made me even hungrier. I had to stop myself from buying everything that looked great – and almost everything looked just amazing today. I’ve even started to plan Saturday’s menu.
On the coaching videos exactly this was mentioned. It is very common the second or the third day to start to have cravings. They can last for 72 hours. I’m a bit worried.
- Don’t forget to drink.
- Remember to rest and get the sleep needed.
- If you can, exercise twice a day for 30 minutes.
- Make sure you have everything you need at home. You don’t want to go to the grocery store if not necessary.
