There’s no excuse. I fell asleep and missed to write a post on the third day. My son went to bed early that evening, feeling cold and having a bad headache. He had a cold. Then he begged me to lay down next to him while he was falling asleep. Don’t know who slept first, but I guess it was me 🙂
Berries, berries, berries
I love smoothies with yogurt and lots of berries. Strawberries and blueberries are my absolute favorites. So this was a day I was looking forward to. The smoothie we had today felt more solid than the juices we had so far. The yogurt made it creamy and the berries gave it a sweetness I have missed.
Did it make my cravings end? Certainly not. I still miss solid food, still dream of what I’ll eat when this is done. I still have headaches. Sometimes because I am dehydrated. Mostly, I think, it’s because of the toxins leaving the body. I try to look at the headaches as something positive.
